All the potential you could want in an explorer yet nothing but woeful management has nullified it all.
I don't say this lightly but the situation does call into question, given lifestyle Mick's overextended tenure, whether for some undiagnosed condition he may be unfit to be at the helm.
A bit like when like aging uncle Arthur gets a little forgetful and starts repeating himself but no-one dares to ask if he's ok...
Alternatively, how the bloody heck does anyone justify the current inaction!?
