Big sigh, what a horrible schizer fight - shame they cannot each put an honest and blunt review of the circumstances that led to the complete breakdown of, and functionality of the board.
This circumstance can only be bad for the company and shareholders, certainly until an effective and committed board are in place and release a meaningful forward statement!
Mario did have skin in the game, and does have excellent runs on the "board" so to speak.
This AGM will be more interesting than the final episode of Dallas!
