IMO losing Mario at this point not good for company. he already has knowledge and strategy which RSH cannot afford to lose now. I just read AGM notice and I found Mario's letter to shareholders (it's on page 5 I believe) to be pretty compelling. you're correct Cabe, Mario has quite a bit of skin in the game (also purchased shares on market) so obviously he believes in company and it's future and would no doubt be extremely motivated to facilitate its success
