I just speed read the AGM announcement. All i read was directors creating more options for themselves and mates. Maybe I am wrong? Its all about rewarding managers? . All about incentive options. i dunno but Id rather see an AGM list of voting issues covering things like merger or not with google, apple or Ping An China. Instead just a list of new measures to further feather comfy existing management revenue nests?. The usual 10% capital raising thrown in for good measure! Not surprised.
Pathetic stuff.
