They want to give incentives for managers and staff to work even harder for Resapp commercial success! Stuff that! We want commercial success now, not when these people later finally, get their shit together because of massive and costly incentives to work hard! . We shareholders have been paying their BIG salaries for years...all the rewards should go to mum and dad loyal investors.
I WILL VOTE AGAINST MOST OF THEIR AGM crap.
