I am positive there is a Bidders Statement heading IBG's way similar to to the AZM's Bidders statement drive the SP down then put in a Bidder's statement at double the SP and see how many takes you get then slowly increase the the offer until you get the lot!!!. Which means what ever you buy from here on in you are going to make money! That is what has happened lately on a few stocks.
