PS If someone were to acquire 25% of HGO at 2.7cps, that would be 146397130 shares x 2.7c = $3952722.
Holy S*** a quarter of the company for $3.95m. I feel bad about that. How would the larger shareholders feel? Ariadne currently with 25% holding would see a new arrival with 25% holding for $3.95M. As a result of the extra shares on issue, Ariadne's holding would go from 25% to 20.56%. Of course this assumes one new buyer, but unless Ariadne buys more, the outcome remains the same.
I am going down this track to point out the absolute futility and lack of thought involved in such a share placement.
