    I am pretty confident ARA would not allow themselves to be diluted but they could end up being the ones doing the diluting or taking everybody out. ARA built a big part of its current position by organising and underwriting the convertible note issue. Not sure they would be keen to be in an explorer and might be more focused on a restructure scenario where the exploration properties went one way and the hard assets / franking credits went more their way.
