Unfortunate me, who bought a HEFTY chunk in the 0.50 range(!),...

Unfortunate me, who bought a HEFTY chunk in the 0.50 range(!), also wants to vote online ... & against ALL of those heartless/unreasonable (totally chutzpah) performance bonuses.

To do so, however, seems to require a "Holder #". I have the Bank Leumi receipt of my purchase -- and have scanned thru all other related documents -- but nowhere is a "Holder #" indicated. Aside from actually going to my branch of Bank Leumi here in Israel & trying to sort this out, does anyone have advice as to how a can obtain that #?
