I agree with you 100% that Dr G's ability when giving presentations needs alot of work. His persona is mundane and his pitch sends people asleep. He needs to hire a person with an in-depth knowledge of the products and then delivered with an up beat tempo which sells it to the audience.
With regard to Dr G rolling up his sleeves, GMV have been around for nearly 3 yrs and one would expect that we would be further advanced then we are. One could argue that Dr G's strategy to embark on so many continents were "a bridge to far" and he should of concentrated on just a few fronts.
Only time will tell.
