Interesting to note that same person left a directorial role at Israeli start up ESE in acrimony- amidst extended stock suspension, extraordinary general meetings & legal action. As a shareholder of ESE at the time it made for interesting reading. As a side note the SP on that stock rose into the 30’s from memory & now wallows at 2c. I go back there sometimes to see what’s happening on the forum-much angst, pumps, dumps, fluffy price sensitive revenue announcements, placements to connected soph’s etc. Eerily similar. However that stock had a nuff nuff product & was always doomed to struggle thankfully GMV has something tangible.
