The $7m was designated for medical device production. No specifics on which device so I would assume it's a umbrella phrase used to cover all bases as I would expect all devices to be scaled up significantly.
Hopefully we aren't diluted that heavily and less shares are on offer so 100m USD is worth more than 15c to us.
