just a thought, but this cap raise could be in anticipation of receiving NMPA in Q3 which they have flagged they expect this upcoming quarter. Again given the lack of update we can't figure out where the process is and if they've lodged the data required for it to be approved.
it's the only thing I can logically think of to require $7mio for production.
