I very rarely vote against proposals by management teams, but in the absence of any other information will be doing so here. There were very strong statements to the market about "near term catalysts", multiple announcements, then huge amounts of share churn at lower and lower sp. No further communication from management, followed by this notice proposing massive amounts of largesse to the management team. It may be that it will just take more time, but it has been a painful experience. If other timing factors are out of their control, the least that management should do in a difficult situation like this is have excellent communication.
