Going out in a limb and saying they probably anticipated more sales but we're restricted by approvals. We obviously didn't have much stock in hand hence the long lead times with Meditel. Being a cash strapped company they probably reallocated this money to business operations since there was no need to manufacture. A miss calculation on their part.
I suspect this time is different. $7m is no small feet
