I wonder if the 10% placement provisions has designs on it already? Xingchen Graphite perhaps?
Maybe the takeover provision is to protect Jinan and ordinary shareholders?
No idea really but I'd rather someone else picked up the phone for a change to get managements thoughts before the vote.
