the optimism is thick on this thread.
While I agree the clause is to protect the company from takeover or more importantly voting power, I don't think it is for the reasons many of you think. TON require a CR even if they want to loan most of the cash. By the looks of this, they are preparing for either a small insta only CR and want to vote on who gets voting power or they are looking to do a massive CR and want to protect the round table.
By the looks of these threads, a massive CR would be oversubscribed so why not.
I would like to buy in on the slump between CR and the production please.
