You should also say no to the conversion and consolidation - the BoD have NOT advised that they are converting their existing debts BEFORE conversion, which in essence will affect minor shareholders, and potentially allow them to sneak under the % threshold if it is done AFTER consolidation - very sneaky.

Why would you want to agree to have more shares issued to enable BoD to escape bad decision making on expending DEBT for no return, further dilute your position and then enable a consolidation (which is aimed at increasing SP) - all this while you, a supportive SH has been suspended from dealing with your "asset" for nearly 2 years without a word from your BoD to justify their behaviour.

Highly suggest you reconsider how you want to vote, and how others will vote.
