Received a suitably well worded response from Matt @ NWR.
In short, COVID, BOD, ASX, legal, No requirement, same as last year.
In my words, political BS to avoid any attendance by really, really, happy SH's. Any company with respect for their shareholders in this difficult times (COVID, not financial, or both in WFL's case) would have, out of courtesy, had web access available.
Shame on them (again).
