Hi legaleagle I was very up for the fight, up until the Eureka sale went through. I was gob smacked that TYX could get ministerial approval for what I saw as a straight forward case of theft. That and the fact that the ASX didn't require a share holder vote on the sale of a substantial asset. I was also gob smacked that none of the major share holders lifted a finger that and the fact that the board know how many people voted on the resolution that was withdrawn gives them a great advantage. They know how many votes will be against them and they have the ability to create votes by issuing shares to themselves and their friends.
I have sold my shares now. I made a snap decision that I just didn't want to hold shares in a company run by people who, well I fear if I gave you my opinion I would be open for a libel suite.
