@sowens Good luck with where you move your cash on to, I've appreciated your input here.

You also raise a good point regarding board members issuing shares to themselves thereby gaining a massive advantage in voting powers.

There should be a regulatory rule in such cases (which are rife at this end of the market) that when resolutions come up for a vote, those 'reward shares' just carry HALF their value, or less, or no value.

That should balance things up for those of us who put our hard-earned into a company to support it's progress and prevent flagrant misuse of the Board's powers...
