Pity there is no resolution put forward to lift the company from suspension and raise capital for ongoing operation and to take part in the Advent offer ... David should at least give MMR shareholders the opportunity for a CR asap and not have our interest in Advent diluted further. The old board was going to run our interest in PEP11 to hell; I am hopeful the new board under David will do good things for MMR as well as BPH and Advent.
