It would be good to be there when the plant is running and the copper is flowing. I would likely just watch the video of the underground bits unless there was champagne flowing to depress my risk management tendencies.

In regard to performance rights and issuing options to directors I'm all in favour of sharing the wealth with front like workers when things go well.

As long as the hurdles are set at a level where everyone is doing well I'm in favour.

I recon Murray Boyte has already earned his options by getting ARA off the JV or nothing route.

I read with interest today how the thinkers have devised a means of financing the take up of options without actually doing that.
