Every company has 15% capacity to issue shares. That is automatic undisclosure capacity each year. No need to get shareholder approval.
Plus the 10% capacity that requires shareholder approval.
HIO has plenty of money to carry out a lot of activities to year 2023 as outlined in my previous post.
Plenty of activities are happening at the same time. Looking forward to a very busy year 2022 for HIO.
