25% of votes against needed for a spill, rally the troops everyone.
Ideally we knock it over but even if it gets close it sends a message that "the bullshit of this past 12 months cant be tolerated"
We got close with REE (missed by just a few thousand shares) which sent the message that much that the other directors punted the MD from their other venture,
