Frankly, I think the current board, prior to Brian rejoining, have done a poor job and we need change. If the other board members were up for re-election I would only vote for Tony and only just.

Roger Aston as chairperson has had more failures than successes on his watch. US Trial failure leading to FDA failure, handheld device huge waste of money, inexplicable 12 month delay in developing COVID Screening tool, SleepCheck failure to launch, unbearably slow take up of Telehealth deals for DX, virtually zero revenue since regulatory approval more than 2 years ago.

Chris Ntoumenopoulos as I understand it is the representative for the second largest shareholder but other than that offers little IMO.

Michael Stein has been on the ground in the UK for 18 months and has achieved nothing other than assisting with the signup of Medgate and has not purchased one single share in the company despite it being as low as 4c. Stunning lack of commitment and belief.

I personally hold more shares in various entities than all the directors except Tony and unlike Tony I purchased mine on market. I have an average buy price of about 14 cents. I believe in the tech and believe we will get there eventually but I'm as frustrated as hell.

I'm prepared to give the current board until the end of January to deliver what they have alluded to which is, three new Telehealth signups, a COVID screening tool (and a clear strategy to monetize it) and an FDA approval for SleepCheck. If these are delivered I will be somewhat placated but if not I will personally drive a change of board via an EGM. Only 5% of the shareholders need to approve it.

I hope the current board members read this and are under no illusions as to how many of the shareholders feel about the current state of this company.

Get results or move on.

If the answer is yes then move him on,

A shakeup of the board is needed for Rap to move forward.
