Apparently you cannot comprehend what's been happening with regard to the last 3 AGM'S maybe you need to learn how to read and dissect what shareholders are saying to the BOARD.

3 AGM'S and the Remuneration Report voted DOWN so because you cannot understand what that means it saying that over 25% of shareholders want change otherwise they would have voted differently.

Please learn to keep up the Company had 2 strikes since 2019 they then included Resolution 5 into the following year that being the Spill Motion within the context of that Voting they got their mates to Vote their proxys to defeat any spill motion and clearly stated they would.

Fast Forward to the AGM of 2021, and hopefully you can still understand plain English the shareholders again Voted against Adopting the Resolution Report, now why do you think that is, is it because of me and how you put it on a crusade, or is it because the Board of Auz Mines have failed for many a year, you see you don't have to be rocket scientist to work out the Voting against the Board by others just look at the numbers and percentages, sorry maybe only those smart enough would consider reading all relevant material one is invested in, and then there is you.

So some advice learn to read not follow others it may just save you sometimes in your investing strategy and who knows you may become good at it one day.
