Totally disagree as these things take time .
Qld Govt , SKi , LGES , NAIF and Austrade have all shown their support. They aren’t paid actors to say what management wants .
Lenders need time and they are trying to finance a significant sum of $$ with no revenue . I had an investor self employed client tried to borrow $500,000 for a property investment without income . He was declined . He restructured his affairs and took him 18 months to borrow & eventually he did .
Finance is interesting and you play at the pace of lenders.
