Well the MD's 5 million options from this time last year are going to lapse because we won't be producing copper by 31 March next year as required for them to vest. So he wants another crack at it with another 2.5mil options and $60K bonus for production being delayed a further 12 months to March 2023. I wish I had a job like that where you miss a KPI or a milestone but still get rewarded for it being 12 months late. FMD. That's a hard no for me on that resolution I'm afraid. You had your chance you didn't deliver, you don't get rewarded in my book by having another go. Where does it end? Are we back here next year issuing him another set of options for production in 2024 ??
