I do expect the prior issue of shares and options and unfortunately excessive fees as options (where already there was a cheap issue price & ultimate advantage of options ) - to get ratified.
Peter Wright also likely be approved though the company deserves a truly independent, enthusiastic and focused chairman here as well as MD, for the progression of DGR & to actually realise real value now and through the next years.

The Boards job is to work for all shareholders .

And in the very best interests of this company.

Obviously I could say more but have said it previously.

DGR is incredible value.
