Mmmm, dunno what the ants in the pants is about a CR. It is standard business practice.

If we were to get, say, a large, well known institutional investor to take a slice of the company, thereby increasing the visibility of the company in the market (and doubtless showing confidence in the product) I for one would have no problems with that. It is endless CR by companies just sucking the market that is the problem. Baz has said that is not their modus operandi.

If they are cash positive next year, and have paid off the loans in three years, there is no compelling reason for any CR related to expansion. They can simply just borrow more. But getting more substantial holders is a good goal imo.
