I have been a holder of AUC shares for some time (over 2.5 yrs) and have seen the need to cast my vote previously, however in this instance I also totally agree the performance right issue of $0.12 is way too low. Where is the incentive !
I was hoping someone who has been in this game for some time can highlight what is and isn't reasonable in this AGM, so we may (the lowly shareholders) may get some say in this.
I will be out of the country for the AGM and would like to know how to also get my vote in prior to the AGM and hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
