You expect 10X within 24 months to give AUC a $1B+ valuation (and without any revenue)… ridiculous expectations for management. To attract and retain quality management you either need to pay a significantly higher salary than competitors or an average one with attractive performance rights.
Given management’s current salary and the fact they must still be with the company to receive these performance shares I’m fine with a 2.5X hurdle.
I’d much prefer to look at my portfolio and see AUC sitting on 12c than the current 4.6c, wouldn’t you??
