What if the funding isnt for "life support"? What if it is required for an unforseen opportunity such was the purchase of satifarm?
I think placing restrictions on these things isn't wise.
The market will decide the how pissed off they are if it happens. But the market might be more pissed off if they see an opportunity but are unable to capitalise due to restricted access to funds.
