    If the funding isn't for life support, then tell us the Use of Funds and bring it to an EGM. Show us the merits, and of course we will all vote to approve.

    There's no reason shareholders should approve a second blank cheque which is over and above the blank cheque already available under existing rules. No reason whatsoever.
