I have abstained from Q1 as I believe we really cannot afford to lose Dr Uvarov.
Definite against on the increase in directors fees tho!
And next FY = better be higher SP, Progressive movement/progression forward of EmtinB, AND meeting of deadlines outlined by the management, or there will be a definite strike by me on the adoption of remuneration report!
Whilst I dont like dilution, if the Co cannot keep liquid it wont get EmtinB to market.
= Catch 22 .
