    I am disappointed to read that they want approval for an ATM facility and dispensing with the terms of the incentive shares and then trying to get approval for shareholders to pay the 33% tax on shares issued under the salary sacrifice plan is too greedy and not related to honest people trying a bit harder because of sensible incentives.

    I hope others read and vote accordingly !
