Well I agree there 100%. The fact they failed to inform us properly around the CPs and trying to hide it with the cover of a "strategic decision". Not to mention letting the stock trade for days in between.
Then ask us to vote to approve the deal, issuance of shares under Tranche 2 etc.
There are defined terms in Appendix 2 of the AGM materials we have no visibility on: ie Project Commitment Sunset Date. What Project? So even their attempt to provide redacted key terms has failed.
How can one vote to approve the deal without full visibility on the deal? Just trust us.... Sure!
