If the NZ Ecogas plant isn't officially completed it surely can't be far off. I don't know Pioneer's Energy's relationship with DEL. They seem to be NZ based. Maybe they were a sub-contractor which worked on the plant's construction? As you mentioned, it seems to be operational and Ecogas seems to be delighted with their plant. I don't know what else would need to be resolved regarding that NZ site. From DEL's LinkedIn page (which seems to offer more updates of Delorean than the Delorean Corporation website or ASX announcements).
I note that on Delorean's website the SA BLM plant icon has now turned a green colour -- which is new; I check it every couple of days -- however the NZ site is still black so, as far as DEL is concerned, it can't be considered totally resolved yet.
I'm looking forward to the conference call on Monday to hopefully have some of the outstanding issues cleared up.
