Honestly, this is such a disgrace.
They knew the Key Conditions of Tranche 2 at the time of the release on the Palisade finance deal. Yet they chose not to disclose, come up with a BS a story about a strategic review and now we find out the Conditions tonight.
Absolute disgrace.
