I don't think the Sizzle investors/shareholders are absolute idiots, who would pay 50 cents per share when you can buy it on market in Australia for less than 8 cents a share.
They all have the option to get there money back before the deal is consumated.
A lot of things have to happen before this will go ahead and the most important thing is the share price being closer to 50 cents.
