Have to agree if breaches have been made more accountability needs to occur rather than be bourne by shareholders as we expect laws to be followed via governance. Additionally i also fail to understand how government bodies that have overseen and provided clean bill of health arent in the firing gun. Only losers are shareholders for a system of rules not followed by bodies employed to ensure they are.
