If that's the case (to bring on TMT members) then this probably isn't a bad increase. But company is starting to look very bloated as it is for being a few years from income. I know they want to fill the big new office space with lots of excellent people but shareholders will be paying for it all... So everyone's role better be justified and value returning.. This is something i'll be keeping a close eye on post merger.
Given we haven't seen the vanadium price increasing as we all would like, there is as much arguement to set up your company to run as lean as possible over the next few years, but it is what it is, it doesn't look like AVL/TMT have that plan in mind.
