5/ Yes. Previous placement approval (Richard White raise) - great job.

6/ Yes, Redleaf options vest at 15c, and exercisable at 15c.

7/ Yes, good to see Robert Gaunt participating in the prior placement, great vote of confidence and leadership.

8/ Yes. Incentive options for Josh simons, vest at 10c, 15c and 20c exercisable at 2c.

9/ Change of Company Name? - "Vinyl Group Ltd" - I'd like more information here, Jaxsta has brand value. A bit more information in the upcoming quarterly report would be helpful. I trust management have best interests at heart, however - soft yes.

All the incentives suggest strong confidence internally, and from Redleaf.

Great summary and incentives seem very well aligned...initially surprised with name change, but it has grown on me and does sound more music specific! Really looking forward to the 4C update on recent business performance, plus seeing new style of management in terms of how activity for the period + what you can expect going forward is communicated.
