Rewolution 3 is fairly standard for exploration companies to have. It allows the board to be able to raise capital without having to hold a general meeting for shareholder approval anytime in the next 12months to the 10% amount.
Doesn't mean they will raise immediately just allows flexibility for the future which we all already know that they will need to raise early 2024. It's good corporate governance.
