Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting, page-2

A few points of note:
1. No mention of the elephant in the room under "any other business". This is telling me that a take over is not noteworthy.
2. Last years AGM had very little input from the likes of us. This year, make our vote count! Three in particular. CEO remuneration, re-election of Director and the 24M options gifted to Regal on top of the ludicrous interest rate on $15M.
3. The SP low of 26c yesterday puts BTH market cap at less than US$100M. Unbelievable. Surely it is the responsibility of the CEO and Board to defend the valuation of the business. What a massive fail. Interestingly, the SP has dropped -5.5% over the last 7 days and -60.6% over the last year.
4. Questions are invited but from my past experience my questions were settled offline. I won't allow this to happen again. I'd encourage questions to be shared on this forum for transparency and accountability. Hopefully questions are not clipped due to running out of time.....
