The other aspect that stinks in this exercise is that Regal is the biggest shareholder in BTH and is obviously benefiting from business dealings with the CEO and Board and naturally will vote in favour of keeping the management in power and well fed.
I was always taught to never borrow money from your family and this should have applied to BTH and Regal as well.
Plumbing new depths today with a 52 week low of 25.5c…….
