    Yes. Nice post. I agree.
    I like BRK & am heavily invested here & I'm one of those positive on where the company is going. I have no issue with rewarding management as long as it reflects shareholder reward in tandem/parallel. I especially like Total Shareholder Return (TSR) as a benchmark because there's nowhere to hide. I acknowledge the company has & continues to make great progress in the last 18 months. That's great but shareholders have not yet been rewarded for that progress (& many would I think be carrying losses on their investment with BRK) in the market's pricing of its equity. Management are paid a base in salary that is meant to cover their time worked. Bonuses should reflect returns above and beyond. Shareholders are yet to see the 'above and beyond' as measured by Total Shareholder Return. If management would deliver on TSR (and that's usually a function of growth, profitability and the market perception of the company) I, and I'm confident the vast majority of shareholders would have no issue lavishing management with the share bonus they've tabled. Put shareholder reward on par with fiduciary management compensation in both its quantum and also its timing. That's all I think we are asking for
