This is how I judge the boards performance the last 3 years.
They've done nothing to restore the share price value over the last 2-3 years.
They DO NOT deserve these greedy free shares. I agree, be rewarded on PERFORMANCE not GREED. Bring in Share Priced Performance Based Freebies, not this crap.
A chunk of us voted against a similar proposal with another stock I hold about 3-4 years ago, when the board became greedy and WITHDREW the proposal just prior to the AGM, to save getting egg on their face. These guys are trying to do exactly the same.
VOTE NO TO RESOLUTIONS 5-8. If DP wants to walk, then walk. There's always someone better around the corner. Who the $%ck does he think he is?
