Angolan banks performing DD will look at running costs and CAPEX and anticipated Construction times imo
All other of those advanced discussions have clealy pulled out after DD and now relying on bank quotas to continue as a going concern
No-one was interested in funding this phosphate project - Jayson even pulled out of CR
